A Dispute as to Domain Name arises, when more than one individual claims right to a specific Domain Name.
On registration of a Domain Name, a registrant becomes liable to ICANN Policies, including UDRP /INDRP. Therefore, when a registrant registers a Domain Name which is very similar to a registered Trade / Service Mark, the Trademark owner has a right to approach .IN Registry in respect of INDRP or WIPO for other gTLDs like .com, .org, .net, .info and so on.
