The Domain Name Disputes filed before WIPO under Uniform Domain Dispute Resolution (UDRP) Policy exceeded 3000 mark for the first time since its inception in the Year 1999-2000.
UDRP allows Trademark owners globally to file a complaint about Domain Names registered in various gTLDs like .com, .net, .org, info and so on.
